Shipping is free for both domestic and international orders.
The buyer is responsible for paying duties and taxes, if applicable.
In order to keep our prices low, your order will be shipped directly from our manufacturers. As such, if you have ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in separate packages.
The time frame for delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer will process the orders, which can take 2-7 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to its destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Between processing and shipping, most products will arrive within 1-2 weeks after the date it has been shipped. Please plan in advance and order ahead. Your one of a kind item will be WELL worth the wait!

When your item is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you. Once the package is handed over to the courier, they are held responsible for making sure that the item is delivered to the customer. Classy Chic is not liable for lost/stolen/un-received packages.
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, including unit or condo number. In the unfortunate event the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address we have for you, you will be invoiced and will need to pay the additional shipping charge required for us to re-ship your order to you.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Classy Chic will accept your request for an exchange or store credit only within 14 days after you receive your item. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or if a different size is needed. To initiate your exchange/return, please send us an email, with photos (of defect or damage), to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. If your exchange has been approved, but the item and/or size you would like is no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. A store credit will not be issued for your shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
