Shipping Costs
Canada Post is the main courier for delivering packages. Other available couriers will be shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. We operate Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed.
Change Of Delivery Address For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock We take every precaution to sell only what we have in stock. In the event an item is purchased that is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Tracking Notifications Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Cancellations If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Refund Policy
To compensate for longershipping times due to COVID19, our refund policy has been extended to 30 days for a full refund. If you experience any challenges with shipping, don't hesitate to contact us.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days or store credit within 30 days from the shipping date.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us and we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. The cost to return an item is the customer's responsibility.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
