Each product is handcrafted by me. I do my best to produce great and sturdy work, but as with any handcrafted piece of work occasionally things fall apart. If this happens to you within thirty days and as a result of normal wear, I will be happy to fix, or replace your item. If you are not satisfied, I will refund your purchase price minus any materials used in the replacement.
