We may ship orders out in separate boxes if there is a backorder on any product, we will notify you if there will be any delays to receiving your products as expected.

Cancellations
If you would like to Cancel an order, please email contact@miboty.com with order number and reason for cancellation within 48 hrs or sooner. If a shipping label has been sent out, check to see if the parcel has been checked in with the post office. We cannot offer a cancellation once the package has been shipped out.
