Shipping Policy
Payments take 48 hours to process and so shipments will be sent out 48 hours after the purchase. Shipments arrive within 3-5 business days, however due to Covid-19 delays may occur. Kindly send us an email at info@kalendakollection.com if you are experiencing delays with shipments after 5 business days of your shipment being sent out.
Refund Policy
Customers have 48 hours after they have received their unit to ask for a full refund on wigs. Please note that KalendaKollection Bonnets, KalendaKollection Ultimate Lace Hold Glue and Remover are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are only given if the wig remains in the original state the wig was given. All labels must remain on the hair and the lace must not be altered (tears, burns, snips, cuts, etc) The packaging which includes the box, the satin bag, the eyelashes, the card labels and the sticker label inside the wig must be intact.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customers may cancel orders before the end of the 48 hour processing time. Once the shipment has been sent out, returns are only accepted with a full refund if the hair is returned exactly as it was shipped. All labels must remain on the hair and the lace must not be altered (tears, burns, snips, cuts, etc) The packaging which includes the box, the satin bag, the eyelashes, the card labels and the sticker label inside the wig must be intact. Returns will not be accepted if any of these terms are not met.
