COVID DELAYS: Due to COVID-19, packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Estimated delivery time is how many business days are expected for your order to be delivered. This is not guaranteed and estimated in business days. Depending on the destination, customs delays or other unexpected delays can impact delivery.

E's Element partners with third-party shipping carriers like (Stallion Express - Canada Post, USPS, Fedex & APC Logistics), DHL and FareDelivery to ensure worldwide shipping is convenient and affordable for you. You will receive an order confirmation email once your lovely package is in transit, when it's out for delivery and when it has been delivered to you.
  • Orders with free shipping take about 3-5 days for processing time.
  • Orders with standard shipping take about 1-2 days for processing time
UPDATED LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY (For GTA Customers Only) (In Effect February 10th, 2022)

We've partnered with ABM On Call to make this happen. @abmoncall is a platform dedicated to helping black-owned small businesses like E's Element deliver packages across the GTA 🇨🇦 and we are super excited for this opportunity, especially for our GTA customers. Our charge for this $10CAD before taxes. Plus tax is $11.30.

All GTA deliveries are delivered every Thursday at this time. Kindly understand that order processing times will still apply to local delivery orders. GTA orders placed after Thursday will be shipped out in the next 4 business days depending on large order volumes.

PLEASE NOTE (CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE CANADA): Once the package arrives in your country, the local courier service picks up the package. E's Element is not responsible for the country's customs taxes (if applicable) or delivery mishaps once it's out for delivery in your local area. You will be contacted by your country's customs agents to pay all taxes and dues for your items to be released to you (if applicable).

  • Delivery time starts after the order has been processed not when the order has been placed. Once the order has been processed it will be shipped out according to your chosen shipment at checkout and you will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
  • Once orders are dispatched tracking details will be provided to you via the email address used to complete the order at checkout.

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not accept product refunds. Our product descriptions are super detailed to ensure you are getting the best. If a refund is required, this will be issued as a store credit/gift card and must comply with the 7-day period.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the digital receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and issued a gift card.
